                               RESOLUTION NO. 20315
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER ON 
                   THE CONTRACT WITH TOWER CONSTRUCTION 
                   COMPANY, RELATIVE TO THE RENOVATION OF THE 
                   FORMER WATER COMPANY, WHICH CHANGE ORDER 
                   INCREASES THE CONTRACT BY THE AMOUNT OF 
                   THREE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR 
                   DOLLARS ($3,334.00), FOR A REVISED CONTRACT 
                   PRICE OF SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED 
                   FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($64,344.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a 
       Change Order with Tower Construction Company, relative to the 
       renovation of the former Water Company, which change order 
       increases the contract by the amount of $3,334.00, for a revised 
       contract price of $64,344.00.
